Minutes ( Brief Rundown)
I. Call To Order
Paula Martin, President, called the meeting to orderat 2:07 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2006 in Founders Hall
Room 221
Since this was the first meeting there were no minutes to approve nor were there any reports
or old business.
New Business-
a. Paula Martin- The HSC will join with SWAA to host coat drive for families in need.
b. Clothes Closet in school under consideration
c.Human Services bulletin board needs work
d. Planning needs to begin for Human Service Awareness Day which will be held in the spring 2007
semester.
e.Fundraising will begin this semester for the Human Services Scholarship
Action Items
Alicia James was elected Vice-President by a unanimous vote.
Adjournment
Paula Martin adjourned the meeting at 3:05pm.
